Dr. Spencer was born and raised in Red Deer. His passion for sport and wellness began at a young age in various sports and active hobbies, playing volleyball, tennis, and skiing whenever he could. He continued his volleyball career into his college studies in Edmonton where he played 3 years for Concordia University in Edmonton. He then transferred to the University of Alberta to finish his Bachelor of Kinesiology. After a few years working in injury rehab as an exercise therapist Dr. Spencer continued on to University of Western States in Portland, Oregon to complete his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2022.

Dr. Spencer also coached volleyball at the collegiate level and worked at Concordia as the Athletics Department trainer. His focus on injury rehab took a very personal turn as he also suffered from a debilitating disc injury with severe pain into his legs and back. This has allowed Dr. Spencer to solidify for himself the importance of active rehab, working with a team of knowledgeable professionals, and having the right tools and support to get you moving pain-free again. Dr. Spencer’s goal is to deliver the best possible care to get pain off your plate, and back to focusing on the things you love, with patient education and a customized approach leading the way.

Outside of the clinic Dr. Spencer spends most of his time with his wife and 2 boys, adventuring outside as much as they can.
